eye editing tutorial
1. First get a picture of an eye or a picture with an eye:
I will be using Paint Shop Pro x2, any Paint shop or maybe photoshop will work as well.
2. Once you have the eye click on the lighten tool or press L on your keyboard.
3. Set the settings to the following:
Also make sure that the "Swap Mouse Buttons" on the lighten tool bar is unchecked.
4. Now lighten the colored part of the eye, do not lighten any dark spots (middle of eye, eyelashes, ect.)
5. Now go to the sharpen tool:

7. Sharpen everything on the eye like so
8. Now go to Layers>>Duplicate
9. Your layers palette should look like this:
10. Once you have the layer duplicated change the top layer to Overlay at somewhere around 80%
